"For me, you being USDA inspected is our total game changer. That said, if your customer service and butchering skills were poor, I’d be looking in Texas again. But they’re excellent! You’ve been very easy to work with, approachable and responsive to every need and question. Your plant is first class and state of the art. I know our carcasses and meat are safe. Processing is expensive anywhere, but I feel that I’m getting what I pay for at Red Plains.”
